The meeting was called to order by President Owen, K3CB at 7:00 p.m.

The September meeting minutes were read by Secretary Bill, K2WC.  They were approved as read.

The Treasurers' Report was presented by Treasurer John, K3OLE.  Income from the recent Triathalon was $1000.  Check received that eve. Interest on the Talbot Bank CD was $45.45 to date.  Current balance $783.60 (not including the Triathalon income, not yet deposited,  It was approved as read

OLD BUSINESS

Our newest member,  Jim Richardson, N3EZY, was approved by acclamation

Triathalon Post Mortem - Clarification of the last biker needed.  Need to use a simplex freq in the future, as well as the repeater.  Special appreciation to Brett, Dan, Lee & Tinsley who stayed & worked until 11:00 p.m.  (I didn't know there was an 11:00 p.m. !!! - K2WC)

NEW BUSINESS

Jim Lovell, W3JAL,  will be the new the new chair  ( forgot to put down "chair of what."  Sorry. Someone please enlighten me)

Bob, W9GE has the aluminum parts from Malcom in his barn

Allan, N5LKJ, presented a proposal for a Sky Warn Class on the March 2007 meeting night (March 20)  Idea enthusiastically accepted.

Agreed, after some discusion, to have the Christmas Dinner with spouses on Thursday, December 21 at Harbourtowne.  Prime Rib Buffet, but those wanting fish alternative need to say so to Dan one by week prior.

John, K2OLE will furnish refreshments for the November 21 meeting.
